Dodgy

Avoid these guys like the plague. They have a reputation being very dodgy and have stitched me up a few times. I know someone who used to work there and he also told me some horror stories - they love changing alternators when just the battery needed replacing (deliberately) etc.

Stay clear!!! I had 2 cars moted at this place. Both times the cars picked up faults after the work was done. Very dodgy!! Plus a complete rip off. I will be reporting to trading standards. Front desk is a rude lady who is nice until you have an issue. Very bad garage. Never saw one happy customer when in their.

AVOID THIS GARAGE! I was quoted £200 for minor repairs (wipers,bulbs etc) for failed mot,and about 5 advisory notes (leaking radiator,2 worn tyres,oil leak) which would have been at least another £200. I then took my car to my local garage for a second opinion, who quoted £100 for the repairs which included a new battery which i was aware of but tower garage missed. They also said a cracked headlamp failed the mot which they missed on the mot test, so told me later. I then got the work done from the second garage as it was much cheaper even by paying another mot fee. This garage did not detect any advisory notes. Tower garage were also going to charge me another partial mot fee as i had the repairs done elsewhere. Avoid this garage at all costs as they will rip you off and scare you with advisory notes which are not needed.
