Only ok...

Manager extremely rude and shouted down the phone at me when I wanted to talk to him about my invoice. Continually find that they are rude to most customers. They leave customers waiting and do not recognise them when they first walk in the door. I have witness one manager argue with a customer that they could not help them because the customer did not know the engine size... the car was in the garage - if the garage doesn't know the engine size who does! Never quite sure whether the work they suggest is required and if you question their recommendation then their attitude gets extremely defensive - don't forget that these guys work under commission. They will therefore also put up an extremely big fight not to replace something under warranty.
