Turbo Pacs Hot

Turbo failed on my Seat is spectacular fashion. Called Turbo PACS...couldnt have been more helpful. They organised collection of the vehicle for me, completed a diagnostic and then provided me with my options. I went for a Hybrid turbo and a ECU upgrade to compliment it....fantastic result and excellent service. Kept me informed all the way...much better than my previous main dealer experience. These guys have been tuning cars for 20 years, and always seem busy so good luck to them.

Ratings say it all, avoid at all costs, stung me for 2K then when i complained they said i was a nit picking customer, i had a right to complain they charged me £580 for a £189 intercooler! Avoid Avoid.

laughable prices, they charge about 50pcnt more than other local tuners and had my van done by them then went to another reputable place in durham does remapping as they totally cocked my VW up then blamed it on something needing replacing after charging diagnostic fee , took it to another place they did diagnostic free said it was fine so i got my map took off by turbopacs and had it done locally at another durham tuning place , still going strong 6000 miles later and didnt need anything replacing , would avoid at all costs only thing they good at is talking rubbish about how they can do work others cant , read google and forums they destroy more than they make good ,and not surprised at other comment on the idiot being a mortgage broker , good salesman ,poor product ,avoid at all costs
