Great service and helpful staff. Would recommend.

Very helpful and informative sales staff. Great aftercare and attention to detail. Would easily recommend this dealership to friends and family.

DISSAPOINTED

Her indoors collected car on date agreed. Soon as i got in car noticed damage withing the 'a' frame on windscreen. Reported damage to exeter diesels asap. My opinion is that when cleaned diamond ring or simalar caused scratch....sales team then used stalling tactics....(my daughter took car down to show damage,at which time on member of staff completly ignored her whilst original salesman was trying to be helpful). Now today less than a week after car purchased they have said they will do nothing about the damage....

Has made me think that this garage has turned into any run of the mill car sales. Just want the sale..then not interested in customer satisfaction.....very different from when they started......

My advice if considering purchasing from exeter diesels..

Have car inspected by an independant on point of sale and again on collection

Has left a bad taste and bad feeling on my part. This was my first relativly new car in many years so has ruined what should have been a pleasant experience
