Overpriced, rude staff

Don't bother taking your car here for an M.O.T. they charge a fortune for repairs. Wanted to charge me £190 to change a tyre and one suspension spring on a Ford KA. £70 for a tyre that can be had for £40 elsewhere and £90 labour to fit one suspension spring?
