Excellent garage in Hitchin
I cannot praise this garage highly enough. I used them to service and repair my old 5 series BMW for 4 years and it was running as well the day I sold it as it was when I bought it. Most of the staff were the same throughout that time and customers were remembered and greeted warmly.
Whether calling on the phone, or in person, they are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They are honest about what is wrong with the car and will also tell you what is starting to wear etc. for information; not because they are trying to persuade you that it needs replacing.
They always call to advise you what needs fixing and are happy to explain what the item is and what it does, if like me you're not sure. On occasions they will offer the choice of a generic part, or the engine maufacturers part and advise on the difference in cost and performance.
Once they have all the information they require they provide an accurate quote for the job. No wonder they are always busy!
