Formula One Autocentres - tyres in Maidstone

"I have been looking around for a garage in my local area of Kent which wouldn't treat me like an idiot or clearly try and get money out of me during my MOT test, and having been to a number of local garages I was beginning to lose hope. However, I took my car to Formula 1 in Maidstone and was very surprised with how I was treated. The guys there were very very polite and friendly over the phone and did everything in their power to get my car in as quickly as possible. When my car failed on it emissions they were more than happy to take it back anytime and give it another retest. On their advice my car has now passed and back on the road.

Just thought they deserve the good feedback, because a garage with such good customer care is VERY hard to find.

Will see them next year for the MOT

F1 Autocentre Canterbury Review. Do use them

I just want to write this review to say a big thanks to the F1 Autocentre Canterbury branch. Whenever I've needed help with my car, they've always been able to slot me in and their ability to source parts the same day is amazing. One morning before work I discovered I had a slow puncture, I went to the garage and they fitted a new valve for me straightaway - in the end I wasn't even late! On another evening, I found one of my headlights had gone, and I was only charged for the bulb, not the fitting. I've been there on a number of occasions and I've always been impressed by the speed, the prices and the courtesy. Service like this is very rare these days and I've had no hesitation in recommending you to my friends and colleagues.
