Be warned

Volksline Canterbury,

I would not rate this garage at all, the general manager is not to be trusted, someone close to me recently used them to carry out a major service, afterwards they were genuine concerned about the work which that they failed to address,and binned them off! In the end another garage rectified the work they carried out, and because they were treated so badly they did the repair work for free!

Advise If you have to only use them for small jobs

FAB SERVICE

Feel ripped off

Took car to Volksline on recommendation of neighbour. Friendly and smiley staff, well spoken. However, I subsequently had to call them 6 times in the next 5 days to get my car back and they twice added several hundred pounds for additional works necessary on my already dismantled car! Final fee exceeded £800, more than 250% above initial qoute, and included work not done. Although this was subsequently rectified, there has been other problems related to the works done and I shall avoid Volksline like the plague in future! Dishonest service :-(
