Terrible price and service

I went to this garage today because I was going to change my oil and realised the sump plug was immovable (rounded and impossible to move). I went up and I had the oil new sump plug and new oil filter. All they had to do was remove the sump plug and filter then fill it up. for all this service, 15 minutes max. I was charged £40. I'm very dissapointed and its not as if I could wait so I paid up and I'm very angry. Oh well rant over, I will certainly not be recommending this garage to any of my friends and family
