i had never used this garage before but my car broke down within short walking distance from cross lane so i went in to see how helpful they could be. my first impressions were that it was a very busy garage so i thought they wouldn't have time to look at my car. i walked into reception and straight away i was greeted by friendly staff. after explaining my problem i was seated with a hot coffee while two mechanics went to recover my car. after a short while they returned and immediately told me what the problem was.they explained it to me quoting me a price which i agreed to have done. just over an hour later i was back on the road and very satisfied. i now use cross lane garage all the time and so do my friends. thanks ian,dale,gary and the boys.
